Manufacture Process 

Dual-Color Mold

Combination of 2 different materials or 2 colors to produce a single forming product. With printing and laser sculpture to make item diaphanous, artistic and increase more attached value.

We use specialized equipments such as 2.5D Image Measuring Software and Profile projector for QC Inspections. In order to satisfy customer’s needs and provide technical capabilities in pursuit of top quality products, our Q&C department conducts strict and thorough monitoring before the products are ready for packaging and shipment. We have been awarded ISO-9001 certificate since 2004.
